The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the results of the Class 10 board exams 2023. A total of 21,65,805 students appeared for the exams, out of which 20,53,212 have passed. The pass percentage is 95.02%.
Girls have outperformed boys once again, with a pass percentage of 96.20%, compared to 93.84% for boys. The pass percentage for the Delhi region is 96.27%, followed by Chennai at 95.99% and Mumbai at 95.98%.
The top 3 performing schools in the CBSE 10th board exams 2023 are:
- Kendriya Vidyalaya, R K Puram, New Delhi
- St. Xavier’s School, Delhi
- Modern School, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi
The CBSE 10th board exams were held from 26 April to 13 May 2023. The results were declared on 12 May 2023.
Students can check their results online on the official websites of CBSE, www.cbse.nic.in and www.cbseresults.nic.in. They can also check their results through SMS by sending their roll number to 7738299899.
The CBSE 10th board exams are a crucial milestone in the academic journey of students. The results will determine their eligibility for admission to various higher secondary schools and colleges.
The board has also announced that there will be no merit list or toppers’ list this year. This is to avoid unhealthy competition among students.
