JEE Main 2023: NTA issues warning on circulating fake videos about admit card release date

Date:

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has cautioned the public against the spread of fake videos on social media that claim to announce the release date of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) 2023 city intimation slip and admit card. The NTA, which is responsible for conducting the exam, emphasized that the official websites jeemain.nta.nic.in and nta.ac.in are the only reliable sources for obtaining information related to the JEE Main exam.

According to an official notice, “We have become aware of videos circulating on social media platforms that purport to have ‘insider’ information about the release dates of the City Intimation Slip and Admit Card for JEE (Main) – 2023 Session 2. NTA categorically denies these claims, as they are false and deceptive.”

Furthermore, the NTA reiterated that the dates for the release of the city intimation slip and admit card are communicated to the public solely through official public notices posted on the official website.

The NTA has scheduled the JEE Main Session 2 exams to take place from April 6 onwards, but the admit cards for the same have not yet been released.
