Nothing is impossible for youngsters of India: PM Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Sunday that nothing is impossible for India’s youth, and that they are encouraged to pursue a career in sports. He was using videoconferencing to address ‘Jaipur Mahakhel’ attendees. Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore, Lok Sabha MP from Jaipur Rural and former Union minister, is organising the ‘Jaipur Mahakhel’ (mega sport).

This year’s event, which focuses on Kabaddi, began on January 12, National Youth Day.

More than 6,400 youths and athletes from more than 450 gramme panchayats, municipalities, and wards from all eight legislative assembly regions of Jaipur Rural constituency participated. “Nothing is impossible for India’s young generation. We encourage young people to pursue a career in sports. TOPS (Target Olympic Podium Scheme) initiatives help young people prepare for major sporting events “Modi stated.

“‘Jaipur Mahakhel’ is a celebration of sporting talent, and such efforts increase curiosity for sports,” he explained, adding that Rajasthan is known for its youth’s enthusiasm and potential.
