Alex Ellis, the British High Commissioner to India, revealed on Friday that Indian citizens travelling to the UK can now receive their visit visas in less than the usual 15 working days.
The British High Commission had stated that they intended to resume processing visa applications within the allotted 15 days.
“Good news for travelers from India to the UK: visit visas are now granted in the customary 15-working-day period (with a small number of trickier cases taking longer). The visa teams around the world are doing an excellent job, said the British High Commissioner to India.
